Q :What is cyber bullying?
A : Cyber bullying is when someone picks on you , harasses  you or embarrasses you over and over again over the Internet using any electronic device.

How can you tell if your being cyber bullied? Well it is kind of obvious when you get mean e-mails over and over again. Cyber bullying attacks are often repeated and are hard to get away from. In fact, when you are cyber bullied there is no escape. It's like taking a bully home with you.
